New Album Tell Tale Heart on Bandcamp

This album is an ode to Gothic Romanticism and its imagery, these are songs of grief and sorrow that intend to speak to the soul. Because life is harsh, life is sad, cruel, sometimes too real and sometimes just an illusion, just “ a dream within a dream” as said by Edgar Allan Poe or other authors like Borges or Calderon de la Barca who have expressed this idea in different ways. But that is also what makes it beautiful. It is the eternal paradox of existence, existing in its “tragic beauty”(The legendary pink dots). I dedicate this album to all who find beauty in that where it is difficult to do so…. Special thanks to Martin Bowes who did the mastering of this very significant album, and who also sings in one of the songs(a duet) “The devil’s mark”. Sometimes the real timing of things happen when we’re not intending things to happen, when we are just the “passengers observing from the passenger’s seat”. I invite you to submerge in the depths within and listen if you may. “It is when the heart speaks that all else becomes noise in the background”. Needless to say more, let this music play. 

Este álbum es una oda al Romanticismo Gótico y a su imaginario; son canciones de lamento y melancolía que pretenden hablarle al alma. Porque la vida es compleja, la vida es triste, cruel, desoladora, a veces demasiado real y a veces solo una ilusión, simplemente “un sueño dentro de un sueño”, como lo ha expresado Edgar Allan Poe, u otros autores como Borges o Calderón de la Barca, quienes cavilan alrededor de esta misma idea. Y eso es lo que la hace hermosa. Es la paradoja eterna de la existencia, existiendo en su “belleza trágica” (The Legendary Pink Dots). Dedico este álbum a todos aquellos que encuentran belleza, allí donde resulta difícil hacerlo… Un agradecimiento especial a Martin Bowes, quien realizó la masterización de este álbum tan significativo y quien además canta en una de las canciones (un dueto), “The Devil’s Mark”. A veces, el verdadero tiempo de las cosas se da, cuando no estamos intentando que las cosas sucedan, cuando simplemente somos pasajeros observando desde la distancia”.
